Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept jewelry purchased from our website for return or exchange within 14 days from the point of delivery.  Returned items must be in an unaltered, unworn, unused, remained exactly at the same condition when delivered and in saleable condition. An examination will be done to verify all those conditions are met. Returned items must include the vendor packaging, tags and sales receipt. 

A refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

To return or exchange your jewelry, please contact customercare@whisper-jewelry.com to initiate the process.

You will be required to send the item(s) to Whisper Customer Service and include your name, contact information and detailed instructions as to what you’d like to exchange and/or return and original printed sales receipt.

Please contact customer service for help with returns, exchanges, or questions.

Most returns/exchanged are processed within ten business days of receipt. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
