Warranty Policy

Jewelry purchased on whisper-jewelry.com that are in need of replacement due to a manufacturer defect is covered under our policy for one year from the date of purchase.


Your jewelry was created with the utmost love and care. We require that you confirm you have followed Jewelry Care guidelines before submitting your request.




Include a photo front and back of the item/s and attach the photo along with your email response. (It is required that photos be included in your response. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your request.)

Please select whether a replacement or e-gift card is preferred. If no selection is made, assuming your request is approved, an e-gift card will be sent.

 We will need the following information for each item:  Name of item, Reason.
*Please note: a replacement or e-gift card will be processed if your warranty request is approved. Processing of replacements or e-gift cards is dependent upon the receipt of the warrantied item back to our warehouse.

We require all details below to proceed with reviewing your request:

• Purchase Date & Location (must be within 1 year of purchase)

Send all information noted above to customercare@whisper-jewelry.com. Failure to provide all necessary information may result in a delay in researching your request.

Please note, submission of your email does not guarantee a replacement or credit.

Upon approval of your claim, Whisper will exchange your jewelry with the same product when available. If the same product is not available, a virtual e-gift card will be issued to be used on whisper-jewelry.com for the purchase price of the item.

If you do not have proof of purchase, your request would be declined. 

This warranty does not cover damage to whisper products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s care instructions.

All warranty related returns must be authorized before being sent back for consideration. Whisper will not be responsible for lost, stolen or returned packages.
